DELIVERY 

  • We process orders within 3–5 business days and ship via Royal Mail.

  • Shipping times vary based on the delivery services selected at checkout.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

RETURNS

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on potion kits for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

SAFETY

  • Our potion kits are designed for children ages 3 and up and should always be used under adult supervision.

  • The ingredients included in our kits are non-toxic and carefully selected for safety, but they are not meant for consumption.

  • Ingredients should be kept away from the mouth and eyes at all times.

  • If your child has allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient list carefully. Our ingredients are made in facilities that contain, eggs, fish, nuts, sesame and gluten.

  • Please note that some potion ingredients may stain so please bear this in mind when deciding where and what to mix your potion in and the clothing of your child.
